DCoP Appreciative Inquiries highlight the efforts of University units or departments that advance the work of equity and diversity.

The Appreciative Inquiry model examines what is working well within a plan, project, or an initiative, and provides positive examples for others doing similar work. In addition to the Appreciative Inquiries, we also share stories to inspire and help guide our work.
